Mpumalanga Hits The Highest Record of Covid-19 Deaths in SA

The country has recorded 173 new Covid-19 related deaths on Monday, 3 August 2020, Mpumalanga was leading with 45 deaths, 37 from Gauteng, 28 from the North West, 31 from Western Cape, 20 from Eastern Cape and 12 from Kwazulu Natal, which brought the cumulative number of deaths to 8 539.

As of Monday, a total of 516 862 confirmed Covid-19 cases have been recorded in South Africa.

According to the latest stats from the Mpumalanga department of health, the province has so far recorded 15 693 positive cases , meanwhile there are 10 736 recoveries and 123 deaths.
